By helping to preserve the past, you can make a difference in Furnace Town's future. Furnace Town is a project of Furnace Town Foundation, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation. Funds for restoration and interpretation of the 19th century historic site are realized from grants, donations, admissions, and Foundation memberships. Membership in the Foundation provides a newsletter, free daily site admission, discounted admission at special events, a 10% discount in The Museum Store and the satisfaction of being a part of the restoration and development of Furnace Town.
